Quite amazing really. However, XP Tablet runs faster and would probably allow you to get the same productivity out of a 1GB machine. It largely depends on your tablet requirements. As i'm someoone that doesn't use handwriting, there aren't many features in Vista that really make much difference to me. The key thing is, get the 2GB upgrade when you buy an SH6 and then you have the choice of OS. Steve Vista does, indeed, work well with 2GB RAM on an SH6. Quite amazing really.
